About us

Geomni is Verisk’s primary geospatial data and remote sensing business. Based in Lehi, Utah, it has more than 500 employees stationed at its headquarters and at satellite locations across the globe, as well as hubs strategically positioned across the United States. Geomni owns and operates a private fleet of aircraft, including fixed-wing, helicopters and drones, with ambitious plans to capture baseline imagery of all urban areas in the United States.

Geomni in Europe

Outside US, Geomni has a development centre in Madrid and a UK office. The UK operation was founded in 1998 as The GeoInformation Group, and has more than 20 staff, based in the old Linton railway station, near Cambridge. The GeoInformation Group was acquired by Verisk in November 2016, and re-branded to Geomni UK in May 2019.
